Trial dropped, but why?:

Well, why was it dropped then? She has admitted, publicly, on several occasions that she did what she has been accused of, yet the Gov decide not to prosecute. Perhaps it was because if she was to be prosecuted the Attorney General Lord Goldsmith would have had to reveal any secret documents advising the Govermant about the legality of the war.
Or perhaps it was because a jury of 12 was thought to be very unlikely to convict her?
As somone who is subject to the Official Secret Act himself I find this very interesting. Were does this leave the Act itself? No more than 'best practice'?

And how exactly do you propose to ban those sites hosted outside the UK which UK residents can still access? Another example of a so-called leader out of touch with technology.
